Today St Andrew’s gave a very strong vote of affirmation to the Appointment of Rev Ena vanZoeren, as Minister here at St. Andrew’s Salmon Arm. The Appointment will be presented to Presbytery in March and if approved, we look forward to Ena’s arrival in April.

Thank you to all who worked on the arrangements to welcome and introduce Rev. Ena vanZoeren to the community and our congregation. To hear Rev. Ena preach for the call click on the Sermon tab. Remember we need all members and adherents in Church next week (Feb 11) for the vote; come and do your part guided by the Spirit of God.

St. Andrew’s is very excited to announce that Rev. Ena van Zoeren, will be joining us this coming weekend to preach for the Call to ministry at St. Andrew’s. We have a weekend of events lined up; beginning Friday night through to the Worship service on Sunday. All members and adherents are strongly encouraged to attend the events where appropriate; check your letters from the Search Committee for the schedule of events. We all pray that the Holy Spirit will lead and guide both; St. Andrew’s and Rev. Ena van Zoeren as we go through this process.

Be sure to join us for “The Afternoon Before Advent”; Saturday Dec. 2nd.; 2 pm. “Come and don’t miss Jesus. Come and unwrap His story, the most unbeatable, unstoppable, unfailing love story.” It will involve carols, devotions, stories, nativities, hot chocolate and Christmas cookies.
